Is there a nutrition for life plan that helps prevent aging?

And is there a nutrition for life plan that ensures optimal health and performance?

Although it seems to change almost daily and new compounds or formulas are added to the list of possible antiaging vitamins/supplements, there is a minimum antiaging cocktail that is usually recommended.

Please understand there are many other herbs and supplements that are being studied everyday, so check with us for the latest reports on antiaging!

The antiaging cocktail (which is also the minimum requirement for a nutrition plan) consists of the following:

  • Vitamin C

  • Selenium

  • Vitamin E (many argue the most powerful of the antioxidants)

  • Coenzyme Q10

  • Alpha lipoic acid

  • Gingko Biloba

We actually recommend that you go one step further and find a good multi-vitamin/mineral that includes the above. Only buy the supplements that are not met by your multvitamin/mineral.

This coupled with the nutrition plan from our food pyramid (click here) is a minimum nutrition for life plan.

Special emphasis should be on obtaining enough fiber in the diet(due to the need to eliminate the toxins from the body as quickly as possible).

Also it appears that including grapes or red wine in your diet might be helpful as they contain polyphenols - which might protect against heart disease, some types of cancer, and Alzheimers.

Again this is a recommended minimum requirement. As an individual, you need to spend more time researching some of our other articles about antiaging, peak health and performance, etc, to learn more about other supplements or foods that might also be indicated for your peak health!
