Is Love Relationship Advice What You Need?

Need some love relationship advice because you think you’re in love?!

Well, first of all, what does "love" really mean?!!

The dictionary says:

Love is:

  1. A deep, tender, ineffable feeling of affection and solicitude toward a person, such as that arising from kinship, recognition of attractive qualities, or a sense of underlying oneness.

  2. A feeling of intense desire and attraction toward a person with whom one is disposed to make a pair; the emotion of sex and romance.

  3. Sexual passion, Sexual intercourse, A love affair.

  4. An intense emotional attachment, as for a pet or treasured object.

  5. A person who is the object of deep or intense affection or attraction; beloved. Often used as a term of endearment.

The problem with love is we have never had a course in how to handle it, what it means, the confusion between love, lust, passion, and intimacy and what it means to be a good partner.

When we are younger we tend to equate love, lust, and intimacy almost together. After we have experienced a few long-term relationships, we realize that lust and passion might wane and we are left with the question of intimacy and are we really in love.

Many relationships end because one or both parties could not reconcile this dilemma. Others simply plod on in their current relationship in a state of boredom or despair because they don’t know how to break out of the rut.

Still others (and it seems to be a small percentage,) seem to have it figured out. They have worked out the snags and low points in their relationship in a positive manner and have figured out how to maintain a degree of passion in their love life.

Would you like to know the keys that these couples have learned and adapted to their relationship in order to keep their love alive?
