Do you really need a Health and Fitness Consultant?

Everyone knows the old sayings about consultants (including health and fitness consultants):

"Someone that lives at least 50 miles away, or is in between jobs!"

We have met a few really good consultants (so it’s not an oxymoron!) that have helped us immensely!

So should you use a health and fitness consultant?

We say it depends!

If you love to do your own research with a risk of coming up with a less than successful OR TOTALLY OFF-BASE answer then by all means do it!

If you have 10-20 years to spend completing your masters in Health/Fitness and working with people to improve their health and performance then do it!

This may seem a bit sarcastic - but in many cases an expert Consultant will save you many man-hours of research and money by directing you to the quickest way to achieve you health/fitness goals!

Or: maybe you just have a list of questions that you need some input on so that you can make a decision on how to proceed. This is another place where a good Consultant can shine.
